Returns and Refunds

Daily scoop users have the right of requesting the refund & return of purchased products under few circumstances. DS team will gladly process the required steps in order to provide the customer flexibility.

Kindly read the following guidelines before you wish the request to cancel or refund the order.


1. If order is not out for delivery, then DS will cancel the order and money will be transferred with no-charge.
 

2. Customers are only eligible to refund the product with in 10 days of successful delivery of items. Make sure the product must be in same state as you received it such as product’s seal, packing, material, tags and etc should not be removed/damaged.
 

3. Reason must be on satisfactory level before you make the refundable claims.
 

4. In case if your product is found damaged such as box compression, scratches on box, and etc, in that case refund would be void.
 

5. If shipping charges are made for products, in that case, costs would be non-refundable during refund.
