These policies are brought to establish the mutual understanding between you or valued customers and us to keep the transparency regarding the processed services.

General Key Points in Shipping Policy

Order processing time?

When you place an order to DS, kindly note that it may take 1-2 (excluding the weekend & govt. holiday) business day in processing. Once your order is processed by the daily scoop team will notify you by message or email that the order is ready for shipment.

Order Shipping Time?
DS genuinely has the faster services. Once the order processing or packing is finished, DS dispatches the order instantly, however shipping time may vary between 2-7 days or more if postal services or roadblocks issues happened in any place which is out of hand of Daily scoop to have control on it.

Shipping Costs Policy?
Currently Daily Scoop is having the zero charges for shipping orders, it means delivery charges are exempted as free of costs. However, in the future DS may evaluate the shipping costs during the checkout process that is based on weight, dimension, and destination of order items. Beside of it the payments of shipping costs will be composed along with the purchase as a final price of shipping order.


 

Return Policy

Return- due to change of mind?
If a customer wants to return the order due to a change of mind, the daily scoop permits it within 7 days from the date of receiving the order. However, the product must be in its original state, unused and re-sellable condition. This time the customer will be responsible for shipping charges and the amount will be refunded in the form of daily scoop wallet credit. For further details you may contact [email protected] to understand the return process. Note: In return, shipping costs cannot be refundable at all.

Return- based on warranty
DS accepts the warranty claims if it is submitted within 15 days of receipt of items. The customer is liable for pre-paying return shipping and that will be reimbursed upon successful warranty claims. DS process the successful warranty claim within 7 days after receiving the items. If warranty claim is genuine then customer will have the right to get the refund through daily scoop wallet or replacement of the products.

Dispatch Time?
We are quick in dispatching the orders as soon as orders are placed, however sometimes some following causes may affect the quick dispatch process.

Items out of stock
If ordered items are out of stock, the Daily Scoop team will forward the remaining orders immediately but the out of stocks item will be sent later when it is stored in stock. Lock down or Epidemic DS may make delays if there is any lockdown period or epidemic condition where dispatching orders is not easy, in that case we are obliged to follow the govt rule and you will need to wait for some indefinite time.

Unexpected Delay in Dispatching the Delivery?
If your order delivery gets delayed beyond an unusual period, kindly contact our DS support team, so we will examine the causes of delay and may take right actions against the unusual delay.

As we dispatch the order, then customers get the tracking number by a shipping agency that allows them to track their order process. However, if your parcel is damaged during the shipping or transmission, please refuse to accept that parcel from any courier services, and call us directly to bring this issue.

Beside of that, if a parcel has been delivered in the customer's absence in that case, please also call us for further instructions, you can do unboxing with proper video recording or can ask the delivery person to open the box.

DS Duties and Taxes Policy
Currently DS delivers products to addresses from India only, so there is no such extra duties or taxes applies.
